Return and Refund

If a piece is not quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and sent with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email support@bellegracejewelry.com with your order number and the piece you wish to send back. We will confirm the return and share the atelier address. Returns are sent to our workshop in China. Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong piece.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping is not refunded on a change of mind. We aim to process refunds promptly after the parcel arrives.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a piece arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, write to us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage where the fault is ours.

Color and finish

Plating and stone color can look slightly different in person than on screen. We stand behind the described finish. If a piece arrives with a clear color or plating fault, contact us and we will help under this policy.

Sale or final-clearance items, and pieces worn, altered, or missing parts, may not be eligible for return.
