Where we ship

We currently ship to customers within the United States. Availability may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and other U.S. territories or special-address locations. If we cannot ship to your address, that will be shown at checkout or we will write to you after the order is placed.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Cut-off is 10:00 PM EST. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. After a parcel leaves us, delivery is typically 4–8 business days, for an estimated total of about 5–11 business days. These times are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers, weather, volume, and customs can add delay.

Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible U.S. orders. No minimum order is required. Any extra charge would appear at checkout before you pay.

Carriers and tracking

A parcel may pass through more than one logistics partner. The last-mile carrier may be UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another local partner. Tracking is emailed when it is available and can take a little time to appear after handover.

Address, delays, and lost parcels

Please check the shipping address before you pay. If you spot an error, write to support@bellegracejewelry.com as soon as you can. We will try to update an order that has not yet entered processing. Once a parcel has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it. If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incomplete address, contact us so we can review reshipment or refund options. Extra carrier costs may apply where the law allows.

If an order has not arrived within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date, you may open a lost-package claim by emailing us with your order number and tracking. We may ask you to confirm the address, share tracking screenshots, check with household members or the local carrier, and provide other details needed to investigate. Review can take up to 10 business days.
